The hotel's location is convenient as it is situated close to the city center and attractions. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making the stay enjoyable. the rooms are spacious and well equipped with necessary facilities. the breakfast is satisfying and offers a range of options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the bathrooms and tea-boiler could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

Had a Christmas stay at this hotel and it had a decent location with a lot of shops nearby. The staff was friendly and provided a warm welcome. The room had a tea kettle, which was convenient. The best aspect was that it was close to the city center and we were able to enjoy all the Christmas festivities.
The entrance was not easily accessible and there were some stairs which made it hard to carry heavy luggage. The bathroom was not clean and the tea kettle was extremely dirty.

I recently had a great stay in this hotel. The location was fantastic, near to the city center and easy to access transportation. The cleanliness was impressive; everything was well maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent and provided everything needed to ensure a relaxing stay. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made my stay more enjoyable. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and met all my dietary requirements.

The hotel is in a prime location, just a stone's throw away from the town center. the staff were helpful and accommodating. My room was excellent with brilliant facilities - free Wi-Fi and a TV with many channels to choose from. I also appreciated the breakfast which was super delicious and fresh, a great start to the day.
The hotel lobby and reception area wasn't as clean as I would have liked. the bathroom had new fittings, but it wasn't as spotless as it could have been.
